Trolling motor been at Martin marine for months?

Have always had good luck getting parts etc. from Ernie at Martin marine and seems like everyone is pretty happy with Ernie and repairs. Weird, buddy took in his Minn Kota Ultrex back in October and as of today it is still not repaired. It had a couple warranty issues but man I have never heard Ermie was that slow on repairs. I know a lot of boats have been sold this last year but wondering has anyone else had the terrible slow turn around time of repairs.

I had to get some warranty work done on mine and it took about a month to get parts. The factory shut down at Minn Kota for a few months put everyone behind. Depending on what motor he has and what parts it needs, it can be a month or more for repairs. In the end, Ernie said it took 4 weeks to get the parts and my boat was about 10 deep on the list....
