Fully self-contained, AC unit, dual refrigerator, heater, hot water heater, stove, oven, water tank, shower/bathroom. Roof recoated – 12/18. New escape hatch/vent 12/18. New vent cover in bath. Includes battery and propane tank. Everything works. Selling because I bought a new fifthwheel 3 years ago and the cabover has not been out of the yard since.
Also selling a Yamaha 3000 watt inverter generator. Electric start, new battery 12/18, will run the AC unit. Quieter than the Honda model, plus has wheels for easier moving. Selling because it would not run the AC unit on the new fifthwheel. New $2,000.00 asking $800.00 obo. Will deal if buying both.
