    FLX Whole Hog

    Whole hog dude thats awesome, if you live in chandler I got some apple/orange/pecan/almond/oak splits if you run low on wood lol

    when you say in the pit is the pig below ground or above the pit on a rotisserie.
    The only pit I am familiar with is the ones where you dig a hole, burn some wood, drop the shit in it and cover it back up then a day later dig it up and eat.
    I never tried one but heard they were good as heck.

    Wrap it in burlap and bury it. We do racks of ribs and chickens when we're up north camping all the time. Bury food about 9 in the morning 5-6 it's done and perfect.
