If they want to put the muzzy or rifle hunt before the archery hunt.......have at it. I would be pissed if I waited 15-20 years and my early bull hunt started that early. In reality the early muzzy and rifle hunts need to be after the archery hunt. The quality of the hunt will be much less if it is before the archery hunt. But the following archery hunt could be off the hook.

Ive gotten 2 early unit bull rifle tags and 3 in a row early bull archery tags
even late rifle tags I have gotten those elk arent scared of a few guns shots. just need to get away from the roads.

what I dotn under stand is these 2 clowns that cry about this every year only hit this forum. there not crying on couse whitetail about it

If they move the rifle hunt earlier all it is going to do is screw the rifle hunters. Most of the time the bigger bulls are still traveling a lot right around then, at least from what I see and have experienced. I am out every year and sometimes you can't find the same bull twice in an area that early at least in 22. We have seen the same bull 5-6 miles apart in just a couple days in mid Sept.
